The purpose of the Employee Hardship Fund is to provide emergency funding to employees who have experienced significant hardship. Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea shipboard and shoreside employees are eligible to apply for assistance from this fund.

Scholarship
Fund

The Fain Scholarship Fund enhances educational opportunities for children of active full-time employees, or employees themselves who are studying to further their career at Royal Caribbean Group. Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea shipboard and shoreside employees are eligible to apply for assistance. Grants of up to $2,500 each are awarded once a year.
